I find it hard to figure out how the US refusing to export its software is a rights violation. From my understanding of their own propaganda Cuba is a Latin paradise. Surely they have figured out how to write software by now?

I also doubt most Cuban schoolchildren can crack open Linux and just start tweaking it to their needs.
