high school gym class

Back in my high school track/football days we did a heavy workout 5 days a week with some great results and I woke up sore for months on end. Unless it’s actually inured you can usually warm up and be fine. Also, you shouldn’t be too concerned with target groups, that’s something for body builders who work out 2 hours a day. I don’t lift Porsche transmissions one handed because I target my biceps, I do it because I work my entire upper body together.

  4. chopper dave does not murder jews; why, one time back in hermiston, a jew tried to jew chopper dave on purchasing melons. the jew kept explaining that since he went to the melon farm, he should be able to get a discount. why else would anyone go to the trouble of going to the melon farm for melons? but the thing is, stores get a discount for buying melons because they make bulk purchases. the overhead of selling a jew three melons makes it cost prohibitive when it comes to offering the same discount. chopper dave explained this as best he could, but you know jews when they want a discount on melons. but chopper dave did not murder him.

  6. I lol'd at this thread, but jeeps don't have porsche transmissions, chopper dave. no wonder it took you so long to replace the transmission in your 1984 gmc jimmy

  7. It's a 94. Also, it wasn't that it took me so long to replace, it was that everyone wanted $2500 to replace it. Considering a crate transmission from GMC can be had for 1300 it seemed pretty steep.

I said "screw is" and got a junkyard transmission I just had to go around gathering tools.

Of course it could have been worse, one estimate to replace the head gaskets on Chelsea's car was $2200! I don't know the going rate but for a pair of gaskets that can be changed out in an afternoon by an amateur that is ridiculous.
